LOL, Good moring or should I say good night, depends where you live. I like my coffee black, thanks ta and hello all I am fine . How have you all been ? I travel alot as some of you know. I do need to slow down and say hi, life it is short. I have been taking pictures of birds. I started as flowers and birds flew into my shots and before long, well birds are in the important third , foreground of my picture and the flowers are the back drop. I am really enjoying it.

Missy ,Sally,Chef Ralph,Zoey glad you guys could make it. Let's push these tables to gether. I'm sure there's lots more comming. Ralphy pass me a donut before lizzy gets here lol!  I've been watching my grandaughter 5 days a week, what a joy. Hey everyone ! What  great idea. What better way to visit than over coffee. I do have alot to tell. However; I can not talk about some of it. I leave for Washington DC on Sunday to tell my story on Capitol Hill, talk about health care and arthritis. There are two days of very busy events . I went out last night and finished my shopping and will be packing this week. I then have several seminars and let's not forget the arthritis walk for a cure walk May 1st. If any of you would like to walk for yourself or a loved one, maybe just the cause you can sign up in a town near you. Anyone looking to join a team here in Florida my teams name is the arthritis survivors. We will be walking in Tampa Florida. You can still sign up. Hey Guys ! Good morning , long time no see, its me Kurt ! LOL, how are you all ? Biring on the doughnuts, TA, is eating them all, lol. Hey I have been working out of town seems like 24/7 but really 13 hour days. I am home for a awhile so I will be checking in more. Hows the baking going Chef. and where is lizzy, have not see her or Julie on here lately. I see Mel is moving and shaking, never a spare minute for her. I was watching the food network the other day and saw a few recipes I wanted to make and it hit me. I could'nt do it. I just could not peel the potatoes and my wife handed me Mels book. I peeled the potatoes. I never thought I would use her book to read her story I thought just the recipes and how to do it in pain. But as my wife said hey if she can peelem you can. So hey Mel thanks for the strength frm the example of the way you live your life. I owe you.  So wahts Happening all ?

OK, I am back and theres nothing left, hmm, Get to baking Mel ! ,LOL I will sit a spell and drink my coffee waiting, lol I got a new kitten and it is plum crazy ! She gets into everything. I am thinking I am a few fish short in the tank. I can't prove it but it looks awful skipmy. I bet you can guess her nick name, Fishy. Hows it going for the rest of you all, good I hope. Hey Grampy, Min said you quit smoking, so yes I mind if you smoke, bad boiy ! Push the tables together so I can keep my eye on you. So today, I made up my mind no more travel. I know I say this all the time but I mean it no more. I just can't keep up with the pace. This crazy cold weather just really has me down this year. Does anyone else feel this way ? Extra pain, I think I will stat put maybe plant a garden, who knows. No matter what this summer belongs to me. So now its tag time. Tag your it what is going on in your life . Hugs all !

ha ha ha , grampata has done it again ! here we are sharing our feelings and thwe funny thing is I am drinking coffee and eating a pastry, so funny. I love this idea so cute. I just got a new mommy dog who had a fine litter, not bulldogs Great Danes, who would of thought that one, lol. A friend could not keep her any longer so I took her and babies in . Only three but they are sooooooo cute ! So anyone do painting, like pictures. I see we have a new member who does beautiful work. I wish he would stop by the coffee break and check

tea please, let me tell you about my day, it was great. A long ride with my best friend , my horse. No phone, kids or bills needing paid, just nature me and my horse. It really does not get any better for me than that. So Mel, you going to capitol hill, when, oh soon. good luck I know you will rep us all well . I just joined the fan page on face book, great idea we are arthritis survivors. Arthritis walk awesome cause. I don't know how you do it but I am glad you do . keep up the great work for arthritis and I gotta run feed my horses. kiss kiss

Hey, we have about 20 chefs on this site and we can not do better than doughnuts, lol I want pastries, many lol. How's everyone this afternoon ? I hit the road for a walk, a very short walk it was a pain day but hey I took Melinda's advise and tried and I do feel a little better. well compared to this morning alot better. It felt good just to get out and move around. I really onlt madeit to the end of my driveway but hey I made it, so I am happy. So what's everyone got planned for the upcoming weekend  see Melinda is off the Washington anyone else got anything cool going on , hey share I want to hear about it and Jessy J welcome to our group nice to meet you. and if you are a new person reading this join right in we don't bite, I would love to meet oyu and chat in our new coffee shop.
